At Interjet, we aim to deliver high-quality and reliable internet services. However, if for any
reason you choose to cancel or request a refund, please review the following terms:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to:
● New connection cancellations made before installation
● Double payments or failed transactions (subject to confirmation by payment gateway)
Non-Refundable Items
Amounts paid for:
● Installation and setup charges (after installation is completed)
● Services already consumed or partially used
● Router/device costs (if not returned in original condition)
● Refunds are not applicable once a renewal payment is made.
● If a customer pays more than the required amount for a renewal, the excess will be
adjusted against the next month’s billing.
● When requesting a refund, the cost of the router (if provided), office visit charges, and
installation fees will be deducted ( Subject to router, office charges).
● No refunds will be processed for plans where data has been partially used.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
The amount will be returned to the original payment method
