Shipping & Return Policy

We ensure safe and timely delivery of devices (ONU/router/modem) for Interjet customers. Here's how we handle shipments and returns:

Shipping Terms

Shipping is available for eligible broadband connections after booking confirmation

Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp

Return Policy

Devices can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

● The product is damaged or defective on arrival
● Wrong item was delivered
● You choose not to proceed with service (before activation)

Service Complaint Resolution

Resolution Timeline

● Complaints registered during the daytime will be resolved within 4 hours.
● Complaints registered during the night will be resolved within 6 hours.

Plan Extension Clause

● If a service issue caused by the company results in a full day of internet disconnection, the current plan will be extended by one day as compensation.


(This benefit applies only to broadband users and when the fault is on Interjet’s side. Internet disconnectivity due to natural parameters are not eligible)

Conditions for Return

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Must include accessories, invoice, and labels
